Incoming Material Verification
Raw materials are spot checked on arrival and we rely on supplier certifications for incoming loads — ensuring alloy compliance before material enters our production process.
In-Process Chemistry Verification
We continuously spot check alloy chemistry throughout the production process using our in-house spectrometer — confirming material integrity at key stages rather than on a per-pour basis.
In-Process & Dimensional Inspection
Castings are inspected at key production stages for dimensional accuracy, surface condition, and freedom from visible defects.
Final Documentation & Shipment
Finished castings are released with applicable quality documentation — including material certifications, inspection records, and any customer-required test reports.
